Peanut Butter and Cream Cheese Kisses

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound carob

  • 1/2 teaspoon artificial sweetener

  • 12 ounces Philadelphia light cream cheese

  • 1 cup crunchy dietetic peanut butter

Directions
  1. Melt carob and sweetener in double boiler. Mix together cream cheese and peanut butter. Roll mixture into 1" diameter balls. Dip in melted carob. Place on waxed paper to set. Stores well in fridge or freezer.

  2. YIELDS 80 PIECES.
