Ingredients
  • 4 cups carob

  • 3 cups dry granola

  • 3 cups rice cereal

  • 1 cup chopped peanuts

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
  1. Melt carob in double boiler. Set aside. Mix together the granola, cereal, and peanuts. Add to melted carob. Stir. Add vanilla extract and stir. Spread mixture evenly on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Press lightly. Cool and cut into 1" squares, 1/2 deep.

  2. YIELDS 85 PIECES.
