Spinach Orange Salad

  • 4 Oranges peeled, sectioned

  • 1/2 medium sweet onion

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds(optional)

  • 4 cups torn fresh spinach

  1. In small-medium bowl combine oranges and onion, add red wine vinegar, mix gently.

  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors

  3. Just before serving add spinach toss to combine.
