Rascal Raspberries

A simple chocolate bar made with melted carob and fresh raspberries.

Rascal Raspberries
Ingredients
  • 2 cups whole raspberries

  • 4 cups carob

  • 1/8 teaspoon artificial sweetener

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
  1. Wash and drain raspberries. Place raspberries in a 9" by 9" square pan lined with waxed paper. Melt carob and sweetener in double boiler. Add vanilla extract. Pour mixture over raspberries. Let cool and cut into 25 squares.
