Coconut Drops

Ingredients
  • 1 cup light Philadelphia cream cheese

  • 2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut

Directions
  1. Mix ingredients together. Drop 1" diameter spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Refrigerate.

  2. For a festive touch, color coconut with food coloring.

  3. YIELDS 90 PIECES.
