Yummy Bananas

Ingredients
  • 4 cups carob

  • 1/8 teaspoon artificial sweetener

  • 1 cup dried, crumbled bananas

Directions
  1. Melt carob and sweetener in double boiler. Crumble dried banana by placing bananas between 2 pieces of waxed paper. Using a rollng pin, roll over bananas. Add crumbled banana to carob. Mix well. Place in a 9" by 9" square pan. Cool. Cut into 1" squares.

  2. THIS RECIPE YIELDS 85 PIECES.
