Lemon Pepper Chicken

  • 4 Boneless chicken breasts

  • 1/2 cup Reallemon juice

  • 1/4 stick butter

  • Lemon Pepper spice

  1. Heat frying pan on stovetop @ med/high

  2. Add lemon juice and butter (break up butter into small pats to melt better)

  3. Add chicken season with lemon pepper

  4. Cook for approx. 5 mins and flip chicken. Season other side w/ lemon pepper

  5. Cook chicken until done (no longer pink in middle)

  6. Serve with vegetables (can be served w/rice but will increase carb count)

  7. Enjoy
