Summer Squash casserole

Ingredients
  • 4 summer squash, sliced

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup grated cheese

  • 1 egg

  • ritz whole wheat crackers 1/2 cup crushed

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1/2 stick of I cant believe its not butter

Directions
  1. Cook squash and onion in water until tender, drain well.

  2. Combine sour cream, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, 1 egg and 1/2 stick of melted butter.

  3. Top with 1/2 cup cheese and crumbled crackers.

  4. Bake at 350 until bubbly.

I just noticed the nutritional information up there in the corner. I also see that it makes 12 servings. They must be very small.

I also would like to know how much is a serving. And some nutritional information, please. It sounds like a bazillion calories per serving.
