Sunshine Cabbage Salad

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage

  • 1 cup cubed pineapple(Save juice)

  • 2 oranges, peeled, seeded, cubed

  • 1 teaspoon sugar or substitute

  • 1 banana sliced

  1. combine all ingredients except banana, including as much juice as possible, toss gently.

  2. Cover

  3. Refrigerate until chilled

  4. Just before serving fold in banana

Refreshing . Went out and bought the ingredients yesterday. It was so good after it sat in the refridgerator a little.Good job!!
