2 (3oz.) pkg. cream cheese ,softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 (21.5 oz) fudge brownie mix
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup oil
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
In a small bowl, combine all filling ingredients; beat until smooth. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all brownie ingredients; beat with a spoon until combined.
Spread 1/2 of brownie batter in pan. Pour filling mixture over to cover.
Top with remaining brownie batter by dropping spoonfuls over. To marble, pull knife through batter in wide stripes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes or until set. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
Cool completely. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator. Makes 36 bars.
