Fast and Easy Greek Chicken

  • 4 skinless Chicken Breasts

  • 1 large finely-chopped Onion

  • 1 16 oz. can diced, Italian-styled Tomatoes

  • 4 oz. Feta Cheese

  1. Place washed and dried chicken breasts in a greased, glass baking dish

  2. Spoon chopped onion on each breast.

  3. Spoon diced tomatoes on each breast. (Using the entire can)

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for apx. one hour.

  5. Right before done, sprinkle Feta cheese over each breast.

  6. Serving Suggestions:

  7. Brown rice with gravy made from the remaining chicken dripping.

  8. Green beans cooked with onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder topped with parmesan cheese

  9. Tossed Salad with Italian Dressing
