Kohlrabi Parmasan

  • 2 tablespoons margarine

  • 4 medium kohlrabi, peeled and sliced

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves

  • 1/4 cup parmasan cheese

  1. Melt margarine in a medium skillet over low heat. Add kohlrabi and marjoram; cook loosely covered about 20 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

  2. Add parmasan cheese, toss to coat. Salt and pepper to taste.

  3. servings.

I love Kohlarabi, didn't see anything listed here in vegetables ,so I posted. (also, I love parmasan cheese)
