2 tablespoons margarine
4 medium kohlrabi, peeled and sliced
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
1/4 cup parmasan cheese
Melt margarine in a medium skillet over low heat. Add kohlrabi and marjoram; cook loosely covered about 20 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Add parmasan cheese, toss to coat. Salt and pepper to taste.
