Dessert Nachos

Ingredients
  • 3 (6-7-inch) flour totillias

  • non-stick cooking spray

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

  • dash ground allspice

  • 1 container (6 ounces) vanilla sugar-free fat-free yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel

  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 4 teaspoons minature semisweet chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Generously spray tortilla wedges with cooking spray. Combine sugar cinnamon and allspice in a small bowl. Sprinkle over tortilla wedges. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned, cool completely.

  3. Meanwhile, combine yogurt and orange peel. Stem strawberries; cut lengthwise into quarters.

  4. Place 6 tortilla wedges on each of 4 small plates. Top with strawberries and blueberries. Drizzle with yogurt mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Serve immediately.
