2 cups sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
1 (8oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained, flaked
1 (4 1/4 oz.) can shrimp, drained
1 (2.5oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
4 eggs, hard-cooked, sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart casserole.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs; mix gently.
Spoon into greased casserole; sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and thoroughly heated.
