Orange Cupcakes

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup diet margarine

  • Nonnutritive sweetener = equivalent to 1 cup suger

  • 2 beaten eggs

  • 2/3 cup orange juice, strained

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions
  1. Perheat oven to 325 f , cream margarine and sweetener: add remaining ingredients, beat one minute or longer in mixer at high speed, pour into baking-cup-lined muffin tins, bake until brown, cool and frost, if desired
