There's nothing like an ice cold glass of refreshing lemonade!

Lemonade
Ingredients
  • 2/3 cups unsweetened lemon juice

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • To taste: alternative sweetener

  • Optional: lemon slices

Directions
  1. Combine lemon juice and water. sweeten with nonnutritive sweetener. pour into large glasses over ice , garnish with lemon slice

Chuck Fisher, be sure and take off your shoes and socks to follow this computation. 1.5 cups water = 12 fluid ounces (8 + 4). 2/3 cup lemon juice = 5.33 fluid ounces for a total of 17.33 fluid ounces (12 + 5.33) or just under 9 ounces in each of the 2 servings for the nutrition calculations. But I'd drink the whole thing. And, I'd use limes rather than lemons. .
