chili con carne

  • 1 pound of coarse ground chuck or turkey

  • 1 cup onion, chopped fine

  • 1 cloves garlic, crushed fine

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder

  • 1 1/4 cups condensed tomato soup

  • 2 cups canned kidney beans

  • 1 tablespoon malt vinegar

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. brown beef or turkey in hot skillet, drain in sieve and pat dry with paper towel:

  2. stir in onions, garlic, and chili powder. cook, stirring often, until onions are tender, then add remaining ingredients , bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer, unclovered, stirring occasionlly for about 15 minutes.

made this today love it but what is the carbs per serving? also didn't have tomato soup so I used a lg. can of diced tomatoes
