2 packages (4-serving size each) sugar free lemon gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 cup ice cubes
2 cups frozen light whipped topping, thawed
Ina large bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water; add the ice cubes and stir until melted.
Add the whipped topping; mix until thoroughly combined. Pour into a 9-inch deepdish pie plate.
Cover and chill for at least 3 hours or until set.
Special Note: You can make this with whatever flavor of gelatin you like.
