Vicky Chocolate Brownie Pie

  • CRUST:

  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury all-ready pie crust

  • 1 tsp. Pillsbury flour


  • 21.5 oz. pkg. Pillsbury fudge brownie mix

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Hershey semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 c. chopped Fisher pecans

  • 1/2 c. water

  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil

  • 1 tbsp. Kahlua

  • optional

  • 1 Land O Lakes egg


  • 8 oz container of cool whip

  • 1 tbsp. Hershey chocolate syrup

  • 2 tsp. Kahlua (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare pie crust according to package directions for a filled one-crust pie. Place crust in a 10-inch pie pan. Generously prick sides and bottom of crust with a fork.

  2. In large bowl combine all filling ingredients beating 50 strokes by hand. Pour filling into crust-lined pan and bake 40-50 minutes until center is set and edges of crust are golden brown. Cool 1 hour, Cool completely in refrigerator.

  3. In large bowl combine cool whip and other ingredients. Spoon or pipe over filling. Store in refrigerator.
