Baked Tuna Supreme

Ingredients
  • 1 can Tuna in water (unsalted)

  • 1 cup chopped celery

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

  • 1T. chopped parsley

  • 1 cup cornflakes, crushed finely

  • 1 egg

  • 1 T unsalted mayonaise (optional)

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine tuna, celery, onion, parsley, cornflakes, egg and mayonaise (if Used).

  2. Shape into loaf and bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
