This healthy dessert blends the most delicious flavors of citrus and tropical fruit for a tasty dish.Ingredients
1 medium papaya (peeled, seeded and thinly sliced)
2 medium mangoes (peeled and cut into 2" cubes)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (I like to use key limes)
Fresh mint sprigs
On a platter, place the papaya slices in a circular fan pattern and then place the mango chunks in the center.
Combine the lime juice and stevia and stir until the stevia is dissolved. Drizzle the mixture over the mango and papaya. Adorn the platter with the mint sprigs or you can jullian cut the mint and sprinkle over the platter for color.
This is a great dish for a spicy meal. Gives your table some balance of cool and heat.
