1 Fryer chicken (cut-up) skin removed
2 oz. unsalted butter or margarine
2 cups of cornflakes, crushed
1 teaspoon garlic, onion, celery powder,or other seasonings desired
Wash and wipe chicken pieces.
Melt butter or margarine over low heat; set a side.
Pour cornflakes into a large plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
Mix in seasonings.
Brush chicken with butter.
Drop in bag, one or two pieces of chicken at a time.
Shake to evenly coat.
Place in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
