Betty's Delicious & Easy Banana, Veal & Almond dinner

Ingredients
  • Veal slices in serving pieces

  • 3/4 inch Banana slices (1/2 cup or more)

  • 1/2 cup of slivered almonds

  • 1 tbs margerine

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

  • 1 tb. any pancake syrup ( I use sugar free)

  • A little apricot jam or jelly ( I use sugar free)

Directions
  1. Have veal in serving pieces.

  2. Lightly saute 3/4" banana slices and slivered almonds in margarine,

  3. Add 1 capful of Vanilla

  4. tbs of any syrup (even sugar free, which I use) and add a little Apricot Jam.

  5. Do not cook the bananas to long. Keep them a bit hard. ( Only 1 or 2 minutes.)

  6. Remove bananas and almond slivers from the pan, leaving the sauce. In the same pan, add the veal and saute like steak, 5-8 minutes.

  7. A can of strained mushrooms may be added if you wish.

  8. Pour bananas and almonds over the veal when served.

  9. Enjoy!!!
