1 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup splenda
4-6 cups clean snow
Get the snow and put into the freezer until you are ready to add it. Mix remaining ingredients until the splenda is dissolved. Add snow slowly stirring constantly until it is as thick as ice cream. Enjoy. This is best if eaten right after making it.
- Unfortunately I do not know the nutritional facts. I got the recipe off of food network and then changed the milk for skim milk and splenda for sugar.
