4 C berries (leave whole) if berries are very big I cut them up in slices
3/4 cup sugar alternative
2 Tb corn starch
1 1/2 C water or sugar free 7up
1 small box sugar free jello (strawberry)
wash and drain berries, I leave small berries whole and slice real large ones
Mix sugar substitute and water, bring to boil, reduce heat and cook until thick and clear, stirring to avoid burning. Add berries after mixture is cool and thick. , pour into baked and cool crust in reg size pie plate.
place in fridge till ready to serve.
