1- Frozen pie shell, bake according to instructions on package.
1- See's Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Candy Bar
1-2 Tblsp Low Fat Milk
1-pkg. Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding, follow package instructions.
1-cup chopped pecans
1/2- cup flaked coconut
Bake pie shell according to package instructions, let cool
Break up chocolate bar,place in small microwave safe bowl.
add 2 Tblsp Low Fat Milk to chocolate bar and microwave on high 15 seconds, stir. Continue to microwave chocolate mixture in 10 second increments, stirring between until chocolate is melted. Pour into bottom of cooked pie shell.
Follow package instructions on pudding package.
Add chopped pecans and coconut to pudding, blend into pudding, pour pudding over chocolate mixture and refrigerate.
Serve with a dollop of Fat Free Frozen topping, thawed.
