Low-carb "spaghetti".


  • Breakup, and fry a pound of italian sausage.. Add Prego sauce, doctored with two Splendas, low sodium worshestershire sauce, and herbs. Cook until thick, about 20-30 minutes.

  • Heat a whole can of salt-free green beans per person.

I love the idea of using veggies instead of pasta! try Spaghetti Squash and pouing over strips of Delicata squash.
