Breakup, and fry a pound of italian sausage.. Add Prego sauce, doctored with two Splendas, low sodium worshestershire sauce, and herbs. Cook until thick, about 20-30 minutes.
Heat a whole can of salt-free green beans per person.
You can make any kind of spaghetti sauce…but I used Prego and added sausage, some
spices, a tad of Splenda, and worshestershire sauce. The key to keeping
this very low carb is to to pour the sauce over a can of green beans.
Have also used zucchini, and broccoli for the "pasta". Takes a couple of times to adjust your attitude to this but you can eat a LOT and it is very
low in carbs…satisfies, and has a lot of fiber in it.
