Chicken Cutlets/Tenderloins w/ Mustard Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon-style mustard

  • 4 Tbsp heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)

  • 2 cloves garlic - cut in 1/2 or dry minced garlic

  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh or dried Parsley

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

  • freshly ground pepper to taste

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins

Directions
  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

  2. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, except chicken and puree.

  3. Place chicken in glass casserole dish, cover with pureed mixture and bake 30-45 minutes or until cooked through.
