Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
  • FILLING

  • 2 or more LIMES juiced

  • 2 pkg EXTRA FIRM SILKEN TOFU

  • 2-3 pkg VANILLA PUDDING MATE

  • 2-3 T CANE SUGAR

  • 1 t INSTANT CLEAR

  • 2 ea. GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST

  • CREAM CHEESE TOPPING

  • 1 pkg EXTRA FIRM SILKEN TOFU

  • 1 can PINEAPPLE crushed or discs drained

  • 3 T HONEY

  • 2-3 t FRUCTOSE or CANE SUGAR

  • 1 t VANILLA

Directions
  1. Mix FILLING with MIXER

  2. Put FILLING in PIE CRUST

  3. Let sit overnight

  4. Mix CREAM CHEESE TOPPING and put on top of pie after it sits overnight.
