Sauerkraut Chicken

Ingredients
  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 Can Sauerkraut, drained

  • 1 Small bottle Thousand Island Dressing

  • 4 Slices Swiss Cheese

Directions
  1. Lay chicken in baking dish (9 x13) that has been lightly sprayed with Pam. Top chicken with sauerkraut and dressing and cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes with aluminum foil off.

  2. Can serve with homemade mashed potatoes and salad
