  • 1 teaspon vegatable oil spread (no butter)

  • 1/2 smashed bananna

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinammon

  • 1/3 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • chopped walnuts 2 tablespoon

  • honey 1 tablespoon

  • raison, cooked;10 raisens

  1. place bread slize on plate, apply vegatable spread (no butter) to bread slize; apply mashed bannana on bread evenly, place peanut butter in bowl and mix cinnamon & vanilla spread on bread, spread honey and add chopped walnuts and cooked rasiens on top, place in toaster oven rack for 3 minutes or until bread toasts to your desire
