  • 1 # of extra lean hamburger or ground turkey , one cup of fresh mushrooms , one white onion diced , red pepper flakes ( to taste) smart balance "butter" , brown the meat or turkey and drain the fat as much as possible , add the mushrooms and onion and pepper flakes and about 2 good tablespoons of the smart balance , cook on medium heat until the veggies are aldante , simmer about 10 minutes , serve on a plate with a piece of whole wheat bread and enjoy
