Easy Tilapia Parmesan

  • 4 - 3.5 oz. tilapia filet

  • 1 lemon

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated (fresh)

  • Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend Original (salt free)

  • 2 tbsp. Butter - unsalted

  1. Squeeze lemon juice over tilapia filets. Melt butter on medium heat in skillet. Place each tilapia face down (white flesh side down), simmer 5 mins., turn over, salt with Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend, top with parmesan cheese about 1 tbsp. each filet. Cover, lower heat until cheese melts, about 5 mins. Ready to serve.

  2. Serve with your favorite steamed vegetable, salad, and/or rice.
