Just add fat free cream cheese, sugar free orange jello, and crushed pineapple and you have my orange stuff.

I make this with crushed pineapple (drained) and sugar free vanilla pudding . It's delicious.

This recipe can also be made with Sugar free Vanilla pudding (just sprinkle it from the box) instead of jello. Yummie!!!

I like the sound of this. There's a little German restaurant here that makes the best Mandarin Orange Cheesecake. Very light for a cheesecake. Haven't had it since diagnosis, but this reminds me of that. May have to try this one.

This is a wonderful recipe. I have made it for years and each time, i try something new with it. Last year at Christmas, i added a small carton of cottage cheese, drained pineapple, unsweetened coconut and
ground nuts to it. Very yummie.!! Didn't raise my #'s either.

I am glad you like it. I like this type of stuff as it is easy to fix and you can use simple things to make a good desert or even use it as a summer salad to go with a picnic meal.

Thanks, I like all kinds of fluffy stuff and this is one of my favorites. Any flavor works also. Sorry it has taken me so long to respond, I have just been super busy and not been checking in as I want to .
