Turkey Sausage Breakfast Patties

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 tsp sage

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 3/4 tsp marjoram

  • 1/4 tsp allspice

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard

  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

  • 1/4 cup warm water

  • 1 1/2 lb lean ground turkey breast

Directions
  1. Mix the spices together with the warm water.Add to the meat and mix thoroughly . Refrigerate up to 12 hours to develop the flavor.

  2. Shape the meat into 24 patties and fry on each side in a nonstick skillet until done,about 7-8 minutes total.
