strawberry/banana smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries or other fruit desired

  • 1/2 cup low sugar orange juice or other juice desired

  • 1/2 cup 1% milk or sugar free ice cream

  • 2-3 ice cubes

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix till smoothe, about one minute
