New York Chicken and Veggie Soup

Ingredients
  • 3 Chicken Breast

  • 1 bag Frozen mixed Veggies. or the Asian Medley Veggies

  • 1 bag of frozen brocolli florets

  • 2 sticks of celery

  • 1 tsp corn starch

  • 1 low sodium chicken broth box or 4 cups

  • 2 cups of water

Directions
  1. Grill the Chicken Breast, then cut in 1/2".

  2. cut celery in small pieces

  3. Bring tthe chicken broth to a boil

  4. Add the chicken Breast, then Celery ..

  5. dilute 1 tsp of corn starch, then pour into the pot, and stir..

  6. 20mins or so,

  7. Dinner is ready!

The recipe also doesn't say how many servings. Also, only gives calories and carbs no other nutritional info.

nowhere does it tell you when to add the veges… are we supposed to guess??… sounds ok otherwise
