Creamy Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup nonfat coffee creamer

  • 3/4 cup cocoa

  • 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk

  • Sugar substitute equal to 1 cup sugar

Directions
  1. 1.Combine the creamer, cocoa, dry milk, and sugar substitute into a large container.

  2. Mix 2 tablespoons of mix into 6 ounces of water that has come to a boil.

  3. Mix and enjoy!

I ran this thru my reciepe maker - this is it MINUS the Splenda (which only I would calculate as a trace)
Per Serving:
Calories 20
Fat: Trace
Carbs: 4
Fiber:1
Protein: 1
It might depend on what brands you use to make this, but this is close.

I thought I was going to find some new hot drink recipes but I seem to have found some kind of abuse.

The recipe above is almost the same as we used in my family bakery…we added some instant vanilla and powdered butter flavor as well.

Unfortunately, I do not have the nutrition facts for our hot chocolate mix either.
