~4-6 Baking Apples (peeled and cored, then sliced)
Optional: Apples peeled & cored, left whole upright in baking dish
½ cup Splenda sweetener
Optional: brown sugar baking Splenda
½ cup Crystal Light Apple flavor drink mix
1cup Kashi date & nut cereal (any variety)
½ cup Craisins (dried cranberries)
½ stick Margarine
1 Tbsp Ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp Allspice
In plastic bag, add Splenda, cinnamon, & allspice, Add either whole apples or slices, shake to coat thoroughly.
In 13x9 baking dish, either place apples upright or lay out slices.
Cover apples or slices with mixture of cereal & Craisins.
Add apple-flavored juice, cut margarine into pieces and distribute across baking dish. Bake @ 350 for ~ 1 hour to bake apples.
