2 cans of Rotel (original)
2 cans of green chilies (larger cans)
1 can of El Pato
One Cut up Onion
1 Rotisserie Chicken cooked (cut up to your specification)
1 bag of yellow cheese 2% (already shredded)
Season with salt, pepper and garlic (use as much seasoning as you want – depending on your taste)
Large pot of water and add the Rotel, green chilies, El Pato, onion and cut up chicken.
Let it boil and then let it simmer for about 1/2 hour
Add the cheese until it is melted and then serve.
