cod fish, skimmed milk, fresh lemon
put cod fish in a glass bowl and cover with skimmed milk,cook six to seven minutes in the min=crowave being careful not to let it boil over. keep uncovered. lift cookk fish out letting it drain while you do so. serve with wedges of lemon. The milk firms the white fish up a clue from cordon bleu. It works with all white fish and is delicious with a fresh clean taste. I have no picture unfortunately.
