Cranberry Apple Relish

  • 2 cups Diet Cranberry juice

  • 1 bag of Craisins

  • 3 cooking apples, cored, pared ad sliced

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 1 Tbsp of cornstarch

  • 1/2 cup of Splenda

  1. Pour cranberry juice in a skillet and add all of the rest of the ingredients except the cornstarch. Cook on medium heat until apples are tender. Reduce heat. Remove about 1/2 cup of juice and whisk in cornstarch. Return juice to skillet and stir until juice is thickened. Cool and put in frig overnight or about 5 to 6 hours. Remove the cinnamon sticks and serve. Yummy!!
