Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1cup splenda

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp baking soda

Directions
  1. Stir in the above ingredients.

  2. Drop from a teaspoon, press top with a fork.

  3. Bake at 350 for 10 to 14 min.

  4. Allow to cool before removing from the pan to avoid crumbling.

  5. Makes about 15 cookies that melt in your mouth

I made these last night with crunchy peanut butter, Ideal sweetener and 1/2 dark chocolate Hersey bar crumbled in it. So wonderful! Of course the dark chocolate adds a few more carbs but it is good for your heart!
