Angel Food Cake: Enough 1” slices to cover the bottom of a 9”x13” baking dish.
oz carton fat free sour cream
cup skim milk
oz box sugar free instant vanilla pudding
Blend together and spread over angel food cake.
pint unsweetened fruit thawed
Heat fruit and thicken with cornstarch or tapioca until the consistency of pie filling.
Sweeten to taste with sugar substitute.
Spread over pudding mixture.
small or medium container of fat free, light or sugar free whipped topping
Spread over fruit topping.
Chill at least 1 hour and serve.
This tastes absolutely sinful. I usually double because everyone loves it and it doesn’t hang around long. It is especially great as a summer dessert and looks great in a glass baking dish.
