Ingredients
  • Angel Food Cake

  • Fat Free Sour Cream

  • Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding

  • Frozen Fruit

  • Corn Starch

  • Spenda

  • Sugar Free or Fat Free Whipped Topping

Directions

  3. LAYER I

  4. Angel Food Cake: Enough 1” slices to cover the bottom of a 9”x13” baking dish.

  5. LAYER II

  6. oz carton fat free sour cream

  7. cup skim milk

  8. oz box sugar free instant vanilla pudding

  9. Blend together and spread over angel food cake.

  10. LAYER III

  11. pint unsweetened fruit thawed

  12. Heat fruit and thicken with cornstarch or tapioca until the consistency of pie filling.

  13. Sweeten to taste with sugar substitute.

  14. Spread over pudding mixture.

  15. LAYER IV

  16. small or medium container of fat free, light or sugar free whipped topping

  17. Spread over fruit topping.

  18. Chill at least 1 hour and serve.

  19. This tastes absolutely sinful. I usually double because everyone loves it and it doesn’t hang around long. It is especially great as a summer dessert and looks great in a glass baking dish.
