Pumpkin Spread

Ingredients
  • 3 bricks fat free cream cheese

  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin

  • 1 heaping cup splenda

  • pumpkin pie spice to taste

  • cinnamon to taste

Directions
  1. Allow cream cheese to soften

  2. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and use an electric mixer to blend until creamy.

  3. Spread on bagels or gingersnaps (carb check bagels are a good choice)

  4. Store in plastic container in the refridgerator
