Vodka Sauce

  • 3 cups store bought (or home made) Maranara Sauce

  • 1 cup Vodka

  • 1/2 cup light cream

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Put Maranara sauce and Vodka into pot and cook down for 20 minutes.

  2. Add the cream, the cheese, and salt & pepper to taste.

  3. Cook for another 5 minutes.

  4. Serve over Pasta of your choice, meatballs, or choice of potatoes.

  5. Enjoy
