3 cups store bought (or home made) Maranara Sauce
1 cup Vodka
1/2 cup light cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Put Maranara sauce and Vodka into pot and cook down for 20 minutes.
Add the cream, the cheese, and salt & pepper to taste.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve over Pasta of your choice, meatballs, or choice of potatoes.
