Fat Free, sugar free "whipped cream"

  • 5 oz can of SKIM evaporated milk

  • 4 packets equal

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  1. Refrigerate milk and beaters until VERY cold

  2. Pour milk into chilled bowl

  3. Start whipping on high speed until soft peaks start to form

  4. Slowly add equal as you whip.

  5. When firm peaks start to appear, fold in vanilla

  6. • One serving = 2 TBLSP
