Asian Slaw

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup honey (or agave nectar to taste)

  • 12 oz bag of broccoli slaw (broccoli, cabbage & carrots)

  • 1 c sliced carrots

  • Bragg's Liquid Aminos or low sodium soy sauce to taste (about 1/2 c)

  • 1-2 TBSP ground ginger

  • 15 oz can of no sugar added mandarin oranges, drained & chopped

  • 8 oz can of water chestnuts, drained & thinly sliced

Directions
  1. In a large bowl toss all ingredients together until mixed well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Stir well before serving. Enjoy!
