Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  • 1 15oz can pumpkin

  • 2 cups canned skim milk

  • 1/4 cup sugar plus 1/4 cup+1 tablespoon Splenda Granulated

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

  • Eggbeaters equivalent to 7 or 8 eggs

  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

  2. Pour into a 10" deep dish pie plate (it will come right to the rim.)

  3. Sprinkle top with nutmeg if desired.

  4. Place in 375 degree oven for 50-65 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
