green beans [side dish ]

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 lb green beans washed & remove the edges , cut in 3" ,one small onion ,2 medium tomatoes ,or 1 can ready cut tomatoes,1 Ts splenda , 1/2 Ts salt .2 tb oil ,1 glass water .

Directions
  1. 1,cut onion in 1/2 ",fry until yellow ,

  2. 2,add green beans,tomatoes,& water .

  3. 3,bring to boil ,turn down the heat,and let boil for 15 minutes,

  4. 4 add ,salt, splenda ,and turn hight heat ,until is left very littel water ,

  5. serve with ,meat,or fish ,or chiken ,

  6. ENJOY ,
